…and what the hekk am I doing?

Remote Year, here I come.

My one-way flight is booked and I have two days until I arrive in Cordoba, Argentina.  Guess it’s time to start packing…

Cue the questions: what the hekk am I doing, and where the hekk am I going?

I’m going to be a participant of Remote Year, a program of 75 people from all over the world who travel, work, and live together for a full year.  I’ll be living in 12 cities over the course of 12 months, while still maintaining my current position at Integral Ad Science.  Instead of sitting in the NYC office, I’ll be working remotely around the world, and can’t thank my company enough for being so supportive of this awesome opportunity.

As anyone reading this (hi Grandma!) knows, traveling is my thing.  I love it, live for it, spend all my money on it, and am constantly planning my next adventure.  I’ve been fortunate enough to have a lot of countries checked off the bucket list, but the list is always growing and there’s no time like the present to keep exploring.

Here’s the full rundown, recommendations and visitors welcome:

March – Cordoba, Argentina

April – Buenos Aires, Argentina

May – La Paz, Bolivia

June – Cusco, Peru

July – Istanbul, Turkey

August – Prague, Czech Republic

September – Belgrade, Serbia

October – Cavtat, Croatia

November – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

December – Chiang Mai, Thailand

January – Phnom Penh, Cambodia

February – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2016 is going to be one hekk of a year…
